Sue Taylor is an experienced portfolio, program, project and change management consultant, trainer and practitioner with experience across private and public sectors, including state and federal government agencies and financial organisations, in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Sue is experienced in managing program risk, providing program and project assurance services, leading and managing EPMO and program management offices, setting up programs with robust and effective governance and working with program teams to define their investment justification and benefits.

Sue has a collaborative and supportive leadership style which enables her to build strong relationships with people at different levels in organisations and with culturally diverse stakeholders. She focuses on helping clients to define and achieve real business improvements from their change initiatives. Sue is a qualified Gateway reviewer and has led and participated in program and project reviews and health checks for public and private sector clients.

Sue is an accredited trainer, examiner and assessor for AXELOS and APMG best practice portfolio, program, project and change management frameworks. As well as accredited training, Sue has developed and facilitated bespoke workshops on topics including benefits mapping, risk management, process improvement, communications and change management, lessons retrospectives and program and project board induction sessions.

Sue was a member of the authoring teams for the MSP 5th edition (published in October 2020) and PRINCE2:2009 core guidance, and was part of reference and review groups for refreshes of the 2011 Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O) and 2017 PRINCE2 guides.
