AgileBA v3 is the latest version of the Agile Business Analysis certification, redesigned to help professionals develop the business analysis competencies needed to identify opportunities, make better decisions and deliver value in today's Agile and AI-enabled organisations. Based on the AgileBA Reference Book published by the Agile Business Consortium (ABC), AgileBA v3 provides practical, real-world guidance for applying business analysis competencies in Agile and value-driven environments.

Delivered over two days, AgileBA v3 Foundation  offers a complete learning journey that takes participants through understanding core concepts.

Learning outcomes

The Foundation qualification is designed to assess a candidate’s foundational knowledge of AgileBA principles and the core competencies required to iteratively discover, define, and test value in an agile delivery environment.

Inclusions

Live Virtual Training:

• Foundation: The Foundation exam is conducted online during the course. The exam is invigilated live by the ALC trainer via the Zoom session. The online exam is hosted by the examination institute APMG and accessed via a web browser. 
• Practitioner: An online web proctored exam voucher is provided at the end of the course and participants are required to sit their exam via the APMG ProctorU system.

Face-to-Face Training – Participants will be provided with a paper-based exam which will be completed at the training venue during the course.
