Today, success is increasingly tied to speed.
Businesses compete by trading faster and more securely, while government agencies look for ways to serve their constituents more efficiently and effectively.
The marketplace is changing so rapidly that we need a paradigm shift in how we enable innovation in the large enterprise. And yet, sometimes it seems that the larger and more successful the company, the more difficult it is to innovate.
The key to moving fast is building and scaling a high-performing technology organisation.
Lean and Agile development gives us many of the tools we need to apply momentum to new innovations, and to do so at scale. The Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe) and other industry trends bring new mindsets and thinking to help you and your organisation meet the unprecedented challenges that enterprises face in the age of digital disruption.
In this power-packed session, already delivered in several places around the world and now in KL, Michael Stump illustrates how SAFe helps enterprises deliver more innovative solutions at a velocity they could only imagine before. From Minimum Viable Product to Minimum Marketable Feature, to the-smallest-package-that-can-be-efficiently-released-into-production, Michael discusses how making small improvements in the way we work using SAFe can have dramatic impact on business results and team performance.
